🍽️ Tasty Tuesday 🍽️

Tuesday was all about exploring new flavors and creating new experiences from our tiniest infants to our busy preschoolers!

Our children enjoyed exciting new food experiences, discovering different tastes, textures, and colors. From first bites for our infants to trying new combinations for our preschoolers.

Through these experiences, our children are developing important skills such as:
🥄 Self-feeding and fine motor skills
👃 Sensory exploration (taste, smell, touch)
🗣️ Language development as they describe what they’re eating
😊 Social skills while enjoying meals together
💪 Independence and confidence in trying new things
We love watching our students grow into curious and confident eaters!

With the support of teachers and families:
-infants experienced using cookie cutters on jello
-toddlers created fruit and yogurt parfait
- preschoolers made a fresh guacamole

Our little stars lit up the day during Musical Monday Center's Parade! 🎉✨

The children had an amazing time marching, smiling, and showing off their creativity, and it meant so much to have our wonderful families there cheering them on every step of the way. Your support made the event even more special and unforgettable for the children.
Thank you to all the parents and families who came out to celebrate with us—we loved sharing this joyful moment together! 💛

Despite the weather's unexpected twist, our families and children turned a potential setback into a triumph, laying the groundwork for a vibrant plant bed that will soon flourish in the playground.

We appreciate all the families that were able to stop by this morning and Ms. Brenda, our Early Head Start/ Head Start Family Advocate, for providing materials and snacks for everyone ❤️

🍎 As we continue celebrating Family Reading Week, we were delighted to welcome Kadesia, Marlon, Jazmine, Rosenice, Maya, and Silvia into our classrooms to help spread the joy of reading.
We truly appreciate all the parents who took the time to visit and share this special experience with our children.

In honor of Dr. Seuss’ birthday month, we were excited to invite some very special guests—our parents—to join us for a special classroom reading this week.
