Independent comic book publisher The covers to the Zombie Love comics are beautifully rendered by fantasy illustrator Daren Bader.
Starting in 1992, ZuZu Petal Press was created by friends Jeromy Cox and David Jolosky as an imprint to self publish Jeromy's creator owned comic book title Zombie Love. Daren, David and Jeromy all worked together in the film/animation industry. Zombie Love is a romantic horror comic book about a pumpkin headed character named Nathaniel that also happens to be a lord of a mysterious undead world.

Here's the last page to Zombie Love # 5 (spoiler alert). People were just discussing the use of swear words in comics. My take is that I like the idea of the reader filling in the obvious blank themselves. Then again, in a different story, swearing is fookin' gret.

Here's a scan of the ZuZuPetal/Zombie Love trading card set we did. There was another promotional Offspring card produced that's not pictured here. I'm not even sure I have that one. We also did a higher rez version of card 4 of the set that had better line screen and better paper stock.

Breakdowns for a number 4 sequence. I ended up with generating more sketches than the scene called for, therefore a lot of favorable drawings had to be left out.
