From classroom to café, our Year 3 students immersed themselves in language and culture through a hands‑on baking experience during French lessons. While whipping up classic madeleines, they practiced French vocabulary in an authentic, engaging—and delicious—way!

What an amazing three days it has been for our Year 6s, filled with energy, learning, and meaningful moments both on and off the field. Throughout the event, our students have challenged themselves through new sports, connected with peers from other schools, and strengthened key skills such as teamwork, resilience, and communication.
A huge thank you to Windermere Preparatory School for hosting such a wonderful and inspiring event.

Earlier this week, our Year 2s explored the difference between surprises and secrets during their PSHE lesson, beginning with a curious game of “What’s in the box?”
By tuning into how anticipation and surprise feel in their bodies, students learned to recognize emotions and talk about them in a safe, supportive environment. PSHE (Personal, Social, Health and Economic education) helps children build confidence, understand their feelings, and develop the skills they need to stay safe and healthy.
