The Tao of Surrender - For Men Only The Tao of Surrender for men only is created to support men discovering, displaying and living a life of emotional and spiritual well being.

The Tao of Surrender is a project I started working on in 1998 as a means to heal the broken relationship I had within myself because I felt I was missing "father" in my life. However, as I began to heal I also noticed the hurt and pain many of my friends and lovers were experiencing and thus sought to assist them in the same healing endeavor. In this particular series we will start out by delving

into conversations using weekly teleconferences to get the information and energy flowing. This community will also be used to gather interest and also share and update our progress through the teleconferences. On each call we have listening with us a couple of different professionals ready to facilitate, support and encourage our expansion. Your emotions, our expression and your healing are in safe hands in this village. By the way, our weekly calls are anonymous . . . you never have to tell us who you are unless you want to. Thank you for your participation and the willingness to share yourself with others. ~~~ In Love We are Expanding!

🎉✨ Teaching Tuesday is here, and we’re talking about the magic of visualization! ✨🎉

Did you know that imagining your way to success can actually work? True story: When I was 17, I fell through the bleachers at a football game (yes, I was THAT hyped about the touchdown 🏈🙈). Long story short, I ended up in traction for three months. But here’s where it gets wild: A teacher gave me a book that taught me how to use my imagination to heal. I visualized my femur bone knitting itself back together with "Snap! Crackle! Pop, doing the knitting!" 🦴✨ Three days later, I was in a body cast and on my way home. I even graduated on time and made it to college that fall! 💪🏽💭

Let’s talk about roots. Not the TV series, but the ones that keep this gorgeous plant thriving! 🪴 Did you know the root is like your thoughts? It’s where all the magic begins. 💭✨

Think about it: the root provides nourishment, a blueprint, and the final result. Just like your thoughts shape your reality. So… what are YOU thinking about? 🤔 If it’s not what you want, it’s time to switch it up! Write down your goals, meditate on them, visualize them, then let go and watch them bloom. 🌸

🌟 Motivation Monday 🌟

Let me tell you a little secret: I was raised to be a racist. Yep, you read that right. My grandmother's stories about Mississippi shaped my worldview, but life had other plans for me. Fast forward to college, where my roommate—a white preacher’s daughter from Iowa—shattered every stereotype I had. Spoiler alert: We became great friends.

Ironically, the harshest racism I’ve faced came from my own people. Yep, THAT part. We don’t talk about it enough, but we should. My journey taught me one big truth: People are just people. Good ones, bad ones, and everything in between.

When I read *The People of the Lie* by M. Scott Peck, it hit me: Healing human evil starts with love, and that love begins with YOU. 💛
