Are you caring for a young adult with a developmental and or intellectual disability who is transitioning or has transitioned out of high school in Chicago?

Who is eligible?
Families with at least one child with a developmental and/or intellectual disability between the ages of 18 and 40 who is either in the process of transitioning out of high school or has transitioned out of high school.

What will you be asked to do?
Eligible volunteers will participate in one interview that will last approximately one hour about their experiences transitioning out of high school as well as their experiences after high school.

Compensation
Volunteers will receive an amazon gift card for $25 as a “thank you” for your help with this research for each interview.
