Are you good at giving and receiving compliments? Let’s practice this week.

If someone gives you a compliment say thank you. Don’t explain away the compliment or give credit to anyone else.
Take the compliment, you earned it.

Then give someone else a genuine compliment.
Did you think someone performed well on a task at work, tell them.
Do you like someone’s style choice, mention it.
Don’t be afraid to speak up about all the great things about other people too.

Do you know who yours are?
Do you know who you can truly rely on and trust to be there for you?

Do you trust yourself to speak up and ask them for support, when you need it?

Are you providing them the same level of support?

Your presence is a gift.
Take yourself out on a date.
Enjoy being with yourself, you are enough.

To appreciate the beauty and wonder around you? Tomorrow either get up early for the sunrise, or make a point to be outside at sunset.
Quietly watch the sky transform around you.
Notice the feelings it brings up for you.
Are you at peace?

Sometimes we can feel stuck, unmotivated or unsure of next steps.

Instead of focusing on the “problem,” focus on decluttering your mind.

As an example, rearrange the furniture in one room of your home.
This allows you to be creative, problem solve, be productive and inventive.

You can always change the room back in a few days. But give it some time first.
Use the new space as a jumping off point for looking at a situation from a new perspective.

We often come up with a million reasons why we can’t finish a task, so why even start.

But the act of starting will help remove most of those barriers.

Don’t worry about whether or not you have the time/energy to finish the project.

Just start!

Work on it for at least 10 minutes.

You may find you have more in you, and keep going.

But even if you don’t, you have gotten 10 minutes farther than you were before.

Tomorrow you can do 10 more minutes, and it will become easier over time.

What is something you could be working towards, to foster even more joy into your daily life?

Be proud of who you are and what you have accomplished.

Stand tall, look straight ahead, own your power.

We often react from a place of fear automatically.

But it doesn’t have to be that way.

This week embrace curiosity in every situation or thought that comes up.

Instead of reacting from fear or insecurity ask yourself what other options are available.

Be curious, be creative, be open to exploration.

Not on your accomplishments or your possessions or any accolades, but simply on being you.

Your worth is determined by your inner self and it is strong.

Take a moment to appreciate yourself, to truly value yourself.

When that happens it’s okay to ask for help.
Rely on your support system when you need it.
Don’t be afraid to prioritize self care.
You are worth it.
