We’re back! 2024 has been a year of focusing on my loved ones. Although Properly Spiced Co has taken a back seat role this year, we will be closing out the year with another holiday sale. We’ve upgraded our raffle basket donation for the 2nd Annual Gala. It includes: a complete shaker set of current spice blends (perfect for the firehouse kitchen), a digital thermometer (so no firefighter has to eat raw or dry meat ever again…. no guarantee on this one), and an 36 can soft cooler (yes, it does fit in the back of a golf cart).

These perfectly wrapped stocking stuffers are great for those wanting a taste of all our delicious blends. They are perfectly priced for those $20 gift exchanges or white elephant gifts - we promise you no one will be regifting these!

Easy meatball recipe with the Mangia! spice blend. 50:50 blend of ground pork to ground beef (I like to use an 80/20 mix), minced shallots & garlic, chopped parsley, grated parm, panko bread crumbs, an egg yolk, and a few heavy pinches of our Mangia! blend. Brown them up in your pan as a starter for your red sauce or roast them away in a high temp oven.
