Let’s talk about change, with the pandemic a lot all of us had to change almost all of our life in a very short time. I moved in with my girlfriend right before the pandemic and we have been together since then not so much because that was the plan but because of the circumstances. Sometimes I walk to Casa del Pueblo to get my groceries and walk home carrying the bags as exercise. I love the feel of this super market, and also it makes me feel nostalgic since Casa del Pueblo reminds me of home and people I haven’t seen in a while. I was looking at this mural yesterday and it reminded me of the concept of what is beauty. I personally feel like this quarantine caused me to gain weight and I don’t feel attractive right now. I want to change my diet and exercise more so I can feel empowered. There are people that feel empowered at any weight level or with any shape.
