If I can urge any of you to do anything, please, create a life you are proud of.

Live in such a way that you wake up with a fire burning in your soul to move forward daily and to never settle for less then you are capable of.

It is one thing for your family and friends to tell you they are proud of you, it is an entirely different thing to wake up on your own ever day, look around, and feel pride in the things you have done on your own, created with your own two hands, and put your heart and soul into making possible.

There is nothing limiting you but yourself, don’t hold yourself back.

Decide what makes you happy and go after it, it is as simple as that.

Accomplishment is not about who makes the most money, who has the nicest things, accomplishment is when you find yourself at a place in life that you can say, God forbid, if I didn’t wake up tomorrow I have done all I could, I have achieved every goal or gave my damnedest trying. I have not let one ounce of the talent and abilities I have been given go to waste.

Please, create a life you are proud of.

You can’t shrink a body that thinks it’s starving.

Emily was stuck at 1,200 calories for years. Squishy, exhausted, almost ready to size up to a double XL. She thought she needed more willpower. What changed everything was eating more.

We slowly walked her calories up. Her energy came back. Her sleep got deeper. Her clothes started fitting differently. The muscle she’d lost from years of under-eating started to come back. And the weight started moving again, this time in the direction she’d been chasing for years.

She went from an XL to a medium by eating MORE food.

Emily’s doing something she can keep doing for the rest of her life. That’s the only reason it’s working.
