Trying out some prohibition-era recipes from the 1930 bartender’s manual of the Club de Cantineros de la República de Cuba.

Drinks (in order of appearance):

🌆Bronx Cocktail🏙 feat:

- Italian Vermouth
- French Vermouth
-fresh squeezed Orange juice

🏴‍☠️Modified Colonial Cocktail (Calling it the Anti-Colonial)🏴‍☠️ feat:

Some of the ingredients for these drinks are no longer in production so a little research has to be done to find close “cousins.” A drink, even one “invented” 100 years ago will always be a reflection of present day society.

Classes start January 22nd til February 12th at 6pm Central Time (4 Weeks). Learn and cook along with myself and mixologists who will help host.
