Teaming up with to share the easiest Earth Day craft for kids! 🌎🌱

The sprouts grow quickly (this was just 7 days of growth using SIMPLi’s Regenerative Organic Certified chia seeds!), which makes this a perfect nature craft for learning at home or school!

Fill a cup with soil, sprinkle SIMPLi chia seeds on top, water daily, and place in sunlight. For extra fun, attach a photo of your child so the sprouts look like they’re growing from their head!

And don’t stop with the craft - chia seeds are one of the best plant-based sources of omega-3 fatty acids, which support brain development, focus, and overall growth in kids! I love adding them to yogurt and smoothies!

Leftover chocolate eggs from Easter? Here’s an easy way to use them 🌷

Just add a few on top of gluten-free cupcakes and you instantly have a spring dessert that feels festive and special. 🐣

They taste homemade, look beautiful on the table, and I love that they’re gluten-free, peanut-free, and nut-free, which makes them such a helpful option when hosting guests with dietary needs.

With my twins’ birthday coming up, I always keep a box of these on hand for parties so I have a safe option for friends with gluten or nut allergies.

Just thaw for about 30 minutes and they’re ready to serve. 👏👏👏
