The classes Risa taught me were incredibly important in the development of my understanding of what goes into being a real estate agent, and what it takes to be a good real estate agent. As someone who entered the real estate industry with no prior knowledge and having never bought a piece of property in my life, Risa’ courses were exactly what I needed. Risa’s teachings are unlike pre-licensing or post-licensing courses, and in my opinion, a highly superior class, because it teaches agents skills and techniques that they will apply in practice, whereas pre-licensing classes just teach you how to pass the state and national tests, and post-licensing courses are more information-based and less application-based. Ins and Outs of Real Estate is what new agents need so that they do not underperform when they get their first client and every client that follows. Every class Risa teaches is the best real estate course I have ever taken, and it allowed me to be much more knowledgeable and prepared when I entered the field as a realtor.
