We are so grateful for our incredible guest speakers Margaret Huang, President and CEO of the Southern Poverty Law Center, and Chris Skrabel, Executive Director of Chicago Studies and Experiential Learning at the University of Chicago.
In their speeches, Margaret and Chris shared the importance of global awareness, community engagement, and learning from each other.

Chrit is a fourth year economics and public policy double major from NYC! She is the Secretary General of MUNUC and the former USG for Crisis Committees and is so excited for conference! In her free time, she loves baking for her friends and taking long walks to different Chicago neighborhoods. 👟🍪
Lucas is a fourth year public policy and economics major from the suburbs of Chicago. He is the MUNUC’s Chief Operating Office and the former USG of GA committees (GA slay!). Outside of MUN, Lucas collects fountain pens, rock climbs, and visits coffee shops around Chicago.🖋️🧗
