Had another great training with members of the Chicago Department of Public Health, the Chicago Hispanic Health Coalition, HMHC Community Development & Outreach, and the Illinois Community Health Workers Association! We welcome 14 new Lead Trainers to the DEEP network!

DEEP had a great training with Champlified! This organization is working with the American Diabetes Association on their "Health Equity Now" project on Chicago's South and West sides! Congratulations to the new Lead Trainers and Peer Educators!
