Ok I’ve been waiting to share this. These pictures are a progression of my milk supply the very first few days after having a c-section. First picture isn’t even my first pumping. The first pumping session I got DROPS! It takes days of pumping or nursing sessions to bring in your milk. Have patience mom! Don’t give up! Your milk will come in.

Unpopular opinion: being pregnant doesn’t mean you will feel happy. In fact many women are surprised to feel sad, alone and even depressed. it’s important to speak up and talk about it. Reach out for support!

I’m a proud momma of TWO.!Annabella came into this world via unplanned C-section 10/08/2021 weighing 4lbs 14oz. My blood pressure was elevated and she was diagnosed with IUGR.
Some times things don’t go as we planned. But we are both here and we are healthy and no birth trauma this time. My husband was a great birth partner! ❤️He made sure that I felt loved and secure. This time I felt my body heal A LOT quicker than the first time.

This pregnancy has changed my perspective about my doula work. I have what I believe to be a God seeded dream in my heart for much more. I’ll be praying for direction and guidance but stay tuned ATL your Sunrise Doula Services will be returning soon but even greater than before ☺️
