Job Opening: Executive Director sought for Meadowbrook Stables, an historic, nonprofit, hunter/jumper barn dedicated to top quality horse care, horsemanship and equestrian education, located in Chevy Chase, Maryland. The Executive Director position requires an experienced leader committed to developing people and teams, caring for horses and inspiring young riders. The Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors, and has overall responsibility for all aspects of the operations, including Meadowbrook’s successful lesson (approximately 275 lessons per week) and show programs (local and rated), community outreach programs, horse care, facilities and equipment management, fundraising and stakeholder relations (i.e., clients, community and the Maryland National Capital Park and Planning Commission (MNCPPC)).
