The CHS International Baccalaureate Visual Arts program hosted its 17th annual exhibition last week! The exhibit is the culmination of a year’s journey of media exploration and independent research that fueled the students’ creative resolve. In addition to the Exhibit, IB Visual Arts requires students to maintain a detailed Process Portfolio and produce a Comparative Study analyzing artworks from different cultural contexts. This is a 1 or 2-year program that allows students to experience building, promoting, and curating their own portfolios.

There are 29 students: seniors Isabel Bartkus, Mila Beale, Ireland Carnahan, Jolie Cleveland, Calypso Dutro, Lillian Hardwick Lilly Koziczynski, Kaylee Lesher, Wolfgang Lutterman, Katherine Newbanks, Cecilia Post, Jamie Roser, Elliot Thompson, Karina Vasquez, Lilyanne Ward, Lauren Yarosz, and juniors Alexia Allison, Madysan Clark, Sloane Colburn, Madailein Dailey, Anna Holmes, Jasper Kniola, Adalyn Laughner, Elizabeth McGrogan, Lela Ragnone, Elizabeth Uehling, Sybilla Vargas, Emree Watkins, and Andria White.
