When I left my job as a vocational case manager to focus on working in death and grief spaces, I never could have imagined a day like yesterday, with RVA Death Collaborative office hours, catching up with Reiki and doula clients, teaching a class at UR, facilitating a preschooler support group. Today, I’m off to volunteer at a training for death doulas in Pittsburgh. I’m in love with this life, deeply thankful for the community I have the honor to live and work in.
