With the election just days away, I wanted to share an article and podcast I did on Extremism.
Iโve also created a Wisdoming for Voting audio and download you can use to prepare your body and brains for voting. Itโs totally free (Iโm not even asking for emails to get it)
Right now, the polarization is palpable. The underlying anxiety of anticipation simmers under the surface of our everyday lives and interactions.
This undercurrent ๐ of stress is impacting us even when we are unconscious of it. Unfortunately, it also will impact our decisions, relationships, and reaction to the election results.
Extremism destroys our ability to evolve and grow as human beings. It hinders our human intelligence, infiltrating and infecting our ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving.
Its roots are already preventing people from evolving and adapting to our ever-changing world. I wrote this article months ago, but didn't have the courage to share it. Now, I've decided to step fully into the fray.
With the election next week, I am sharing what I hope will inspire you to courageously, compassionately, and creatively engage with your inner intelligence to access the wisdom within as you cast your vote.
In this article, I am not endorsing a particular political party or perspective, but rather addressing the undercurrent of polarization, them vs. us mindset, and the prevalent and challenging phenomenon of extremism.
Regardless of the outcome of the election, as human beings we must find our way back to moderation. Where we collectively combine our intelligence and wisdom to solve problems that improve our lives and the world.
Explore why extremism persists, its impact on society, and how embracing moderation and critical thinking can help us build a more balanced, united future.
