Central Virginia Chapter of the WVU Alumni Association is a community of alumni, students, family and friends who share in the Mountaineer spirit!

Central Virginia Chapter membership is open to all West Virginia University alumni, family, and friends. You do not have to be an alumnus of WVU to join! Your local chapter is a strong network of alumni dedicated to supporting WVU and providing opportunities for fellowship with Mountaineers in nearby Central Virginia. The chapter offers various ways to show your alma mater spirit in the community through social events, Mountaineer athletics, community fundraising and scholarships for new and existing students.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out to Scotty’s Taphouse today! 💙💛 We had a great time cheering on our Mountaineers, and we appreciate every single person who showed up!

But Mountaineer Nation, we need MORE of you! 🏈💙💛

Next week we’ll be back at Scotty’s for a NIGHT GAME against UVA, and we want to PACK THE PLACE!

Virginia Tech had their game watch at Scotty’s today too, and I think they may have had more people show up than we did. We can’t let that happen again! 😂

Let’s make next week different. Bring your family, bring your friends, wear your Gold and Blue, and come ready to make some noise.

Our goal is simple: LET’S MAKE SCOTTY’S TAPHOUSE THE HOME OF MOUNTAINEER NATION IN RICHMOND!

Great Mountaineer fans, great food and drinks, WVU giveaways, and a night game against UVA. What more do we need?

Let’s show Richmond how Mountaineer Nation shows up!

💙💛 LET’S GO MOUNTAINEERS! 💛💙
