The sport of Ninja is quickly becoming the most fun and creative way to meet the physical needs of today’s kids!

USA Ninja Challenge is a year-round obstacle course training program that combines basic skill sets from gymnastics, climbing, cross-training, and track & field. USA Ninja Challenge is open to boys and girls ages 2.5 to 17. Our class program has 6 levels to master with a wide variety of progressions, drills, and challenges. Ninjas who demonstrate their mastery of skills advance to the next level o

f training. Each Ninja progresses according to their own abilities. The purpose of the program is to build children’s self-esteem, confidence, and sense of accomplishment, one obstacle at a time. At USA Ninja Challenge, we believe in nurturing healthy children, not just physically, but also mentally. Our program is designed with a unique blend of activities from gymnastics, climbing, cross-training, and track & field, ensuring comprehensive development in your child. Our purpose at USA Ninja Challenge Chesapeake/Greenbrier is to inspire and equip kids to discover their strength, build resilience, and develop confidence that lasts far beyond the gym.

We had many submissions and they were all acknowledged, but we pulled one special winner from each location at random to receive a gift card and this month‘s Greenbrier winner was Coach Trevor!!!!

NINJAS GIVE BACK! 🩶🥷

Today, a group of 14 members of our ninja family dedicated their time to assemble 200 meals for our community members at Operation Blessing.

Operation Blessing provides hunger relief, medical care, clean water, and disaster relief to millions around the world.

We look forward to organizing more of these opportunities on a regular basis. Stay tuned for upcoming events!
