Sometimes we think goals have to be all about making more money, losing weight, or saving for retirement…
And those goals matter.
But what about the goals that are aligned with your core values and your heart’s desires? 🤍
The ones that make you feel more like you.
The ones that bring peace, joy, connection, and purpose.
The ones that don’t just improve your life on paper—but actually change how you feel living it.
Because success isn’t only what you achieve…
It’s also how aligned you feel while you’re achieving it.

What if this summer was a whisper… instead of a rush? 🤍
More time for slow mornings.
Bible study with coffee on the porch—or sitting with someone who makes you feel at peace.
Worship in the car with the windows down.
Pool days and beach days that don’t feel rushed.
Sunrise or sunset walks that remind you you’re alive.
Laughing with people who feel safe for your soul.
And maybe even that quiet thought…
“What about life passing me by? What about days going to waste?”
What if rest isn’t wasting time… but actually how we receive life more fully?

I heard a conversation on the radio the other day that said around age 32, the average adult starts choosing sleep more intentionally… and honestly, that made me smile 😄
Because in this season of life, I’ve learned—I need 7–8 hours of sleep a night to feel like myself.
To have energy.
To show up well.
To actually enjoy my days.
I’m so curious—how much sleep do you need to feel your best?

You know those days when you just need a little extra UMPH? ✨
Here are 5🔥🔥 of my go-to ways to shift my energy:
Turn on some music and have a personal dance party (bonus points if it’s 80s 💃)
Get satiated—eat something that actually fuels and satisfies me
Feel the sunshine on my face and the grass under my feet 🌿
Take a hot bath with something that smells absolutely indulgent
Step away and take a few deep breaths… slowing down long enough to reset
It doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes the smallest shifts create the biggest change.
