Returning to love and our true selves is a process that requires patience, self-reflection, and self-love.

Some guidance on how to do this.

1. Take time for self-care. This means taking care of your physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Make sure you are getting enough sleep, eating well, and engaging in activities that bring you joy.

2. Practice self-compassion. Be kind to yourself and forgive yourself for your mistakes. Remember that you are human and that everyone makes mistakes.

3. Let go of negative self-talk. Stop criticizing yourself and start focusing on your strengths and positive qualities.

4. Seek not to attach to results. Do your best and give your all and live from the highest thought about who you are.

5. Love is the answer.

People brag and boast at how good they are at something even have proof of their accomplishments. Which is good for you. But don't think of yourself as better than everyone else.

Remember some people weren't nor had the same opportunities, or benefits or connections you had and could have been better than you if they were given the same opportunities, benefits and connections as you.

Be proud of yourself. But stay humble in your pride.

One can fall out of physical relationship love for someone no problem but one should never fall out of spiritual love with someone. Just because it didn't work out between you two doesn't mean you can't wish them a happy and peaceful fulfilling life. And be there for them when they hit their low points.

If they're suffering in another relationship after causing you pain. Then they're receiving their punishment and their karma. You don't need to pile it on. Forgive them for the pain they caused and love them as a spirit to another.

If anyone says you can't love someone spiritually. Then they don't know what true unconditional love really is.

We all have a masculine and feminine side to us. It is part of the balance of the universal law.

Example: a masculine trait is a protector. A feminine trait. Comforter.

We all have those different traits but When we give more energy to one and not to the other. Our lives tend to go out of balance.

Maintain a balance of feminity and masculinity and you shall have balance in your life.

You do not know someones experience. Your experience with dogs may be different than the one someone else had. Where as you may have had a loving dog who was well behaved. Another person could have had an experience where a dog attacked them.

This is why we should never judge those whom we do know. Or their experience.
