Today, we explored the rich history and enduring traditions of Japanese Buddhism with George Tanabe, Professor Emeritus at the University of Hawaiʻi.

And we’ll get to hear from him again this Sunday! Join George Tanabe during our Obon Celebration at 3 p.m. in Bestor Plaza as we gather to honor ancestors through dance, music, remembrance and community. 🏮
