We ended teacher appreciation week with a bang! Panera for breakfast, Los Mich for lunch and a beach bag with goodies to make sure our teachers are set for summer!!!!

A HUGE thank you to our PTA, Citi Collective church, and our amazing community partners and local businesses for making this week possible for our staff! This school team works so incredibly hard everyday so it was a joy to celebrate them!

Staff Appreciation Week Day 4! Neidloves for breakfast, flower workshop and bouquet making and Wally's Fro Yo! A huge thank you for Kaitlin Z. And PTA for making this magical day happen!

Today we celebrate our classroom teachers! It's meaningful to look back and remember that the teachers pouring into our students every day were once children themselves -learning, growing, dreaming, and becoming the educators they are today. We are so grateful for the love and impact they bring to Battle every day 🤍

Today for Teacher Appreciation we highlighted our amazing RTI and Exceptional Education Teams! They are patient, form strong connections with students, and advocate for every learner! They go the extra mile to make sure every child gets exactly what the need to thrive!

Teacher appreciation week is off to a great start! Day one kicked off with Chic Fil A biscuits, a drink bar, sweet treats, and live caricature artists!!!

These kids grew up to be our amazing related arts team!!! They bring energy, excitement, STEM, arts, and all things MI to our school! They are a huge part of our programming and we are so grateful for each of them!

This girl grew up to become an incredible principal! We are so grateful for her leadership, her positive influence, and all she does each day for the students, faculty, and staff at Battle Academy!

Battle Pre-K hosted an amazing car show today! Our youngest Rockets used their logic smarts and art smarts to construct their very own cars!

Join us in sending a heartfelt congratulations to Mrs. Courtney Baker- Battle's Teacher of the Year! Courtney is an incredible educator that has dedicated nearly 2 decades to teaching and leading at Battle Academy. She approaches each day with a commitment to excellence for her students and colleagues. She is a talented instructor, thoughtful teammate, and caring teacher who loves each and every student and family! Courtney's commitment to students and their success is remarkable and she is always willing to go the extra mile for any kid! This award is well deserved and we are honored to celebrate her!

Our incredible volunteers created signs and door covers to encourage our students during TCAP! Every little detail matters! Our staff and students were all smiles walking through the halls today!
