โก๏ธ Checking your shoulder is ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ผ๐๐! It allows you to quickly scan your surroundings & know whether you can turn. This allows for quicker decision making ability so we can know what to do with the ball ๐๐๐๐ค๐ง๐ we receive it (not after, when itโs too late!)
