Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Programs Without programs like GEAR UP, only 21% of our students graduate and enroll in college.

GEAR UP is a UTC outreach program designed to increase the number of low-income, inner city students who enroll in college. To help our students, GEAR UP provides after-school programs, summer camps, tutors, mentors, teacher training and a variety of other services. Our objectives include:
