OPEN OPPORTUNITY IN CLARKSVILLE!💖💖

Family "J" is seeking a calm, structured, and values-driven nanny to join their household in Clarksville and help care for their two kids. Both parents work during the day, and their kids are in school, so this position will begin as a full-time summer role with heavy involvement throughout the day before transitioning to afternoon and evening support once the school year picks back up. They are a faith-based family with strong core values centered around kindness, confidence, honesty, and responsibility. Their approach to parenting is high structure with high warmth. They believe in teaching over punishing, calm leadership over reactive authority, and mutual respect between kids and adults. As long as the kids are happy and healthy, this family is happy too, and they aim to bring that same easy, supportive energy to whoever works with them.

• T (9) is a fun, creative girl who loves music and tumbling. She is not a fan of anything that might make her sweat, so good luck getting her to go for a run!
• B (6) is an all-sports kid who plays baseball and basketball and loves pretty much any sport he can get his hands on. He does have a peanut allergy, so the nanny will need to be mindful of that. The family as a whole enjoys watching TV together, playing games, and traveling.
The nanny's responsibilities will include childcare as the primary focus, along with laundry and dinner prep. Driving is required and the nanny will use their own vehicle.

This is a wonderful opportunity for a nanny who shares a faith-based, structured approach to childcare and wants to be part of a warm, grounded family over the summer and beyond.

POSITION DETAILS:

Compensation and Benefits:
• $20–$22 per hour
• 45 guaranteed hours per week

🤎NANNY NEEDED IN CLARKSVILLE!🤎

Family "S" is seeking a warm, attentive nanny to join their household in Clarksville and care for their sweet baby girl. Both parents work full time and they are looking for someone who can provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for their little one while they work. This is a first-time nanny hire for this family, and they are genuinely excited to find the right person to be part of their daughter's earliest days.

Their parenting style is highly involved and communicative. They take turns doing everything together and they make a point of staying in tune with every new thing their baby learns and does. Their core value is simple: they want C to grow up feeling safe, happy, and loved.

"C" (3 months) is a bright-eyed baby girl who loves stroller walks, playing with simple toys on her parents' laps, and trying her best to talk to anyone who will listen. She has no special needs and is at that magical early stage where everything is new and wonderful.

This position is purely childcare, no housework or additional household duties required. Driving is not a requirement. When the family isn't at home, they love taking C on little adventures like walks, trips to the mall, sporting events, and weekend visits to her grandparents' lake house.

This is a great opportunity for a nanny who loves babies and wants a calm, structured household with two present, caring parents nearby.

POSITION DETAILS:

Compensation and Benefits:
• $20–$25 per hour
• 26 guaranteed hours per week

LOOKING FOR NANNY 💕

Family "S" is seeking a calm, structured, and intentional nanny to care for their two young children in their Clarksville home. Their parenting style is structured and intentional, rooted in a strong Christian foundation and personal responsibility. They are direct communicators and are looking for a nanny who values that same open and honest communication style. This is a no-screen-time household, and they need someone who will respect and uphold that boundary consistently.

"B" (2.5) is an active, inquisitive little boy who loves motorcycles, construction trucks, climbing the jungle gym, and reading story books. He thrives with structure and consistency but has a fast-paced, curious nature and loves trying new things. He will need a calm, dedicated presence with high emotional endurance to help him navigate his toddler feelings.

"S" (11 months) is a happy, curious baby girl who loves exploring her surroundings and hanging out with her big brother. She does best with repetitive routines and a consistent caregiver who keeps things calm and predictable.

The nanny's responsibilities will include childcare as the primary focus, early childhood education using provided materials, and light housekeeping such as loading and unloading the dishwasher, sweeping floors, wiping down counters and tables, folding laundry, and keeping the toy room orderly. The home also has Rocky, a 10-month-old puppy, so a nanny comfortable sharing space with a young dog would be a great fit.

POSITION DETAILS:

Compensation and Benefits:
• $18-22 per hour
• Mileage reimbursement
• Consistent base hours with opportunities for additional hours

Schedule:
• Tuesday & Thursday: 6:45AM - 5:30PM (until mom arrives home)
• Friday: 5:00PM - 9:00PM

Start Date and Commitment:
• May 26
• Long-term commitment

⭐OPEN OPPORTUNITY!⭐

Family "W" is seeking a warm, engaged nanny to support their two young daughters in a loving, faith-centered home. Their parenting style is gentle but firm, rooted in teachable moments, love, and respect; no yelling or screaming. They are family-oriented and caring, and they value raising their girls in an environment full of music, creativity, and connection. This is a wonderful family for a nanny looking for a calm, nurturing household where they will truly feel like part of the team.

"I" (2.5) is bright, communicative, and always on the go. She loves being outdoors, learning new things, and staying active. She attends school and thrives when kept engaged and stimulated.

"Z" (10 months) is a happy, curious baby who loves her sister, playing, and being close to mom. She is currently crawling, pulling to stand, and working through sleep training so consistency and patience are key during this exciting developmental stage.

The nanny will support both girls with play, feeding, and nap schedules, while keeping toys, play spaces, and eating areas tidy after meals. The family also loves books, songs, and early learning activities like counting and letters, and they'd love a nanny who naturally weaves those moments into the day. Driving is required, and the family has a vehicle with car seats available for emergency use.

The home also includes two pets: a gentle older Maltese/Yorkie mix who is great with the kids, and a large cat who tends to keep to himself. A nanny comfortable sharing space with both would be a great fit.

This is a wonderful opportunity for a nurturing, active nanny who enjoys supporting little ones through big developmental milestones in a warm and faith-grounded home.

Family "C" is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented nanny to support their twin toddlers in a loving and supportive home. They parent with calm guidance and clear expectations, helping their boys work through big feelings, learn to verbalize their needs, and feel empowered through simple choices. Their goal is to raise kind, respectful children who feel safe expressing emotions and enjoying life as kids.

“W” (2) is playful, expressive, and loves making his brother laugh. He enjoys cuddling his bear, savory snacks, vanilla treats, and watching Cars, Bluey, and Blue’s Clues. He is persistent, affectionate, and thrives with gentle structure. W has eczema and a serious egg allergy that requires strict avoidance and access to an EpiPen.

“H” (2) is gentle, affectionate, and deeply caring. He loves hugs, sharing snacks, comforting his brother, and snuggling with his pillow. He is easygoing, enjoys the same shows and activities as his twin, and also has eczema that is managed through the family’s routine.

The primary focus of this position is allowing the children to rest and sleep in as needed, while using that quiet time to complete light, child-related household tasks that support their daily routine. These tasks may include washing bottles, wiping down the children’s table and play areas, and starting or folding a load of the children’s laundry. The family believes these small tasks play an important role in maintaining a clean, peaceful environment that benefits the children. The family has dogs that are typically kept outdoors, but the nanny must be comfortable having them inside during poor weather or as needed. January is already off to a great start, but before we move forward, we wanted to pause and reflect on some highlights from 2025!

Over the past year, The Nanny Collection was recognized through several local publications and community features in both Clarksville and Chattanooga. While this is not every time we have been recognized, these were a few moments that stood out to us. They were meaningful, but they were never the goal.

They were simply a reflection of the care, discretion, and consistency we bring to our work every day.

That commitment did not begin in 2025, and it does not end with it. It has guided our placements since the beginning and will continue to shape how we serve families as we move into 2026!
