Unhealthy coping mechanisms can cause more stress and more pain. It might feel good at the moment but long term and repeatedly done damages your self confidence and separates you further from yourself.

The whole point of journaling is to understand and organize your thoughts 📚📝
When I’m struggling with a decision or I have a lot going on in my head, and my thoughts are racing, I journal it out. I just start writing! This helps organize my thoughts, I feel more in control and it helps me process my feelings towards the decision I have to make.

I promise it’s a game changer! For starters, just try writing consistently for 5 mins. Then you can tear it up, burn it and never look at it again. Totally your call what you do with your writings.

Change your Mindset, Change your Life!

Every repetitive thought we have becomes a pattern, which then becomes our identity, which then makes us comfortable, “that’s just who I am.” Repetition hardwires the brain. So, when we continue with negative thoughts and emotions.. we become cynical, pessimistic and bitter.

Negative thoughts create negative feelings.
✨
You can change your thought process and your mindset by shifting your thought patterns. This will take time and it’s easier said than done. We’ve become comfortable in who we are and in our identity. Getting out of your comfort zone is key! Healing and self love is key! And giving yourself GRACE is an absolute must 💗

YOU hold the 🔑 to your peace, happiness and personal freedom.

The life you are currently living is being created by you. The people you surround yourself with, your negative thoughts of self doubt, not feeling good enough, gossiping, and playing small all dictate your life’s experience.
✨
Create the life YOU want by…
1. Knowing who you are at your core. Don’t be a spectator, be conscious of your life and surroundings (stop living on autopilot).
2. Live from a place of love and compassion. Have compassion for yourself and find love/compassion in your encounters. Give grace.
3. Create the life you want. Start with baby steps.. painting, dancing, singing, playing a sport, whatever brings you joy! You have to take action to live the life you want. Get out of your comfort zone.
4. Have the courage to be YOU! You are truly your biggest supporter. It’s easy to fall back into a negative thought pattern, trust me it’s a continuous practice. Block out the noise! Do what makes YOU happy!

Being in balance means being centered, aligned, feeling that your energy is in flow (not stressed/anxious/fearful). By doing what serves you and prioritizing what feels good to you, that is balance!

You don’t have to keep up with society, A society that makes you think you have to have it all together. The more you live by what feels right for you, the happier and less stress you will feel. You don’t have anything to prove! Just find YOUR balance 💕✨🙌🏼

There is no such thing as failing! You cannot fail. You can learn, you can grow, you can redirect but you can’t fail!
Fu***ng up can be the fun part... throwing out ideas and trying new things and seeing what sticks.. if it bombs.. welcome it! Get excited about it. Because now you know that’s not the path. There’s another way, a better way. Let that excitement drive you. So f**k up! F**k up a lot! Fail! You’ll eventually get there and it will be so worth it. Just stay true to what feels good to YOU!
Every time something doesn’t go your way, you have a chance to make it better!

Stop doubting yourself! If you’re learning and doing the work you are NOT a fraud! Give yourself grace.. There is no such thing as perfect. And people don’t even like perfect… they want REAL. The REAL YOU! Shift your mindset and stop comparing yourself to others. Be proud of your achievements, who you are, and what you have to offer. No one is you… and that’s what makes you badass!
