Chaseburg Community Snowtrailers

Chaseburg Community Snowtrailers . Check out our site for more info! We would also like to thank all of the landowners that allow us to have snowmobile trails on their land.

We couldn't have over 60 miles of beautiful trail without them. They let us use their land for free and all snowmobilers should respect that. Stay on the trail and respect their land. Remember, they are the ones that allow us to ride these scenic trails every winter! Upcoming dates:

January 21-22, 2023- Trail Days

We would like to give a huge THANK YOU to the Chaseburg Community Snowtrailers & Coulee Track and Trail Snowmobile Club for their generous donation to our K9 Unit!! Your continued support of community programs such as theirs ends up giving back to support what we do! Thank you for supporting your community!

Right in the heart of Vernon County is Chaseburg, Wisconsin, a small, friendly town nestled in the bluffs on HWY 162 and offers great biking, top-notch fishing, a sweet nature trail and so much more.
'Chaseburgh' was a thriving village with the arrival of Norwegian and German immigrants beginning in the 1850's. The village wasn't named until 1866 after Henry Chase who built the first saw mill on C**n Creek and also helped start the first flour Mill. The 'h' was dropped years later. By 1880 there were 125 village residents and over a 1,000 inhabitants in the surrounding town.
Because of its topography, it’s truly split-level. The two sections also represent the two points of settlement by early pioneers, with Norwegians in the valley and Germans on the ridge.

Being the Winter Wonderland of Vernon County, Chaseburg is at the hub of many snowmobile routes and hosts an annual festival Chaseburg Trail Days by the Chaseburg Community Snowtrailers on the third weekend of January. Chaseburg is a wonderland in all seasons with it's bountiful trout streams and excellent hunting opportunities, plus historical taverns and restaurants that offer any visitor great food and warm hospitality.
