ACPS has a new communication system!

Families must opt-in to receive text messages. Families should have received a text on Monday from a phone number beginning with area code (424). If you would like to receive future text messages, simply reply “Yes” to that invitation.

Our Chief Technology Officer, Dr. Chris Diggs, and our Manager for Digital Equity and Learning, Dr. Bert Jacoby, were featured on NBC29 last night to discuss our digital equity mission.

Our latest project includes placing new, interactive display technology in all K-8 classrooms.

Albemarle County schools are getting hundreds of new technology boards for the coming school year, which is part of its digital equity plan.
