In this clip, Dr. Rick Kapitan reframes one of the most overlooked principles in oral surgery: extraction isn't about force, it's about controlled, multiplanar movement. Using the 88 right and 88 left forceps, he shows how seating the jaws apically and working toward the tooth's center of rotation turns extraction into coordinated motion, not brute pulling.
