Hey y'all, my name is Adam Wettreich. I am Computer Science major at NC State and while I am home this summer I am providing my tutoring services to the Lake Norman Area for very competitive range.
I am a patient, skilled tutor with over 6 years of experience teaching all age ranges. I also do house calls for no extra charge. Here are the types of tutoring I offer:
ACT TUTORING:
Achieve your best ACT score with expert guidance! As a tutor who has achieved a perfect composite score multiple times, I have cracked the ACT code and identified all the question archetypes and strategies to conquer them. With a collection of 50 real ACT tests, I offer a comprehensive approach to your preparation. Before our first session, you'll complete a real past ACT test, which I will grade to identify your strengths and weaknesses. Together, we'll set goal scores, create a personalized game plan with tutoring dates and practice tests, and continuously evaluate your progress, making adjustments as needed. After each session, I provide detailed feedback through face-to-face meetings or written reports. Let’s work together to reach your ACT goals!
GENERAL TUTORING:

I specialize in breaking down abstract problems and providing an intuitive understanding of mathematics, even for students who struggle with the subject. As someone with ADHD, I understand the challenges of staying engaged in school. With a lifelong passion for technology, I’ve been using computers since age 2, hosted a Minecraft server in elementary school, and built PCs for friends throughout middle and high school. Whether you need assistance setting up a WiFi router, smart home device, or ensuring your printer works consistently, I’ve got you covered. For more complex issues, such as setting up a website, I provide reliable, simple, and cost-effective solutions tailored to your needs. Additionally, I offer proven strategies to avoid doomscrolling and manage excessive phone use, helping your maintain digital well-being.
