Some NSHM-JWUC Members had a great time taking a break from studying to eat at The Open Kitchen, and learn about its history! The Open Kitchen has been in Charlotte since 1952, thanks to the Kokenes Brothers and their family. Our chapter regularly chooses a minority owned business to support for our Dollar Days program! Thank you Open Kitchen for a wonderful meal!
