Our Coping After Su***de support groups for mothers, fathers, siblings, teens, 20-30 year olds, adults who lost a parent, parents with grieving children, and spouses have opened for the Fall 2026 cycle. These are very meaningful spaces for those grieving this particular loss…who may feel very alone in their grief. Gifting someone with this kind of support would also be a beautiful way to help them feel seen, heard, and understood.

When my wife, Sara, and I lost our only child, Nathan, to su***de, our world shattered. Eleven years later, it feels like both an eternity and just yesterday. Nathan was a brilliant, loving, and kind young man, and he is deeply missed. This is a photo of all of us, together.

There are simply no words to describe the pain associated with losing a child to su***de. In the wake of Nathan’s death, we found ourselves in a fog—searching endlessly for answers amid overwhelming grief, confusion, and isolation.

Yes. This is real.
