Good Evening Crossway Families!

There is a possibility for freezing temperatures and windy conditions overnight that may affect the morning commute as well as power grids. At this moment, we are uncertain if the weather conditions will be cold enough to cause icy driving conditions in the morning. We will continue to monitor the situation overnight. For your safety we are going to delay tomorrow’s opening for 9:30 AM to allow for families to arrive to school safely.

We are collecting puzzle pieces for our Black History Month Mural. If you have spare puzzle pieces, please send them to school with your child or drop them by the front office! Thank you!

Ms. Becca and Ms. Funmi’s class had a great lesson this morning on using adjectives to describe items. The kids had the opportunity to discuss different kinds of adjectives and apply them to items. Integrating movement and applied knowledge is a great way to engage special needs students!!!

Halloween week is in full swing at Crossway Academy and it’s spirit week. We kicked off Monday with Pajamas and pumpkin carving 🎃
