Piano lessons should be fun and rewarding for students, their families and, yes, the teacher. I love teaching piano, it's my profession, my avocation and my passion. Getting to really know students--what they like, how they learn, what frightens them, what inspires them--is my job and my joy! Lessons are, preferably, 45 minutes long, if possible. 30 minute lessons are available if necessary, but t

he additional 15 minutes give us time to address the real heart and soul of music. Lessons are planned to meet individual students needs. In addition to the piano, the computer, other melody instruments, the ipad, rhythm instruments, games and "outside the studio" activities all offer unique opportunities for learning and remembering what was learned.
