Moments like these remind me why I love what I do. Watching little minds create, explore, and grow brings me so much joy. Being a nanny isn’t just a job for me—it’s my passion. ❤️✨

🧁 Mini Egg Muffins (for Toddlers)
Makes: 12 mini muffins
Prep time: 10 minutes
Bake time: 15–18 minutes
Ingredients
• 4 large eggs
• 2 tbsp milk (or unsweetened non-dairy milk)
• ¼ cup finely chopped veggies — e.g. bell pepper, spinach, broccoli, zucchini, or tomato
• ¼ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or whatever you have)
• Pinch of salt (optional or skip for under 1 year)
• Optional add-ins: finely chopped ham, turkey, or cooked sausage (just a tablespoon or two)
⸻
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin well (silicone works great).
2. Whisk eggs and milk in a bowl until smooth.
3. Stir in veggies and cheese (plus any add-ins).
4. Spoon mixture evenly into the mini muffin cups — fill almost to the top.
5. Bake 15–18 minutes, until set and lightly golden on top.
6. Cool completely before removing (they release more easily once cooled).
⸻
🧊 Storage
• Fridge: Up to 4 days
• Freezer: Up to 2 months. Reheat 20–30 seconds in the microwave or a few minutes in the oven.

When I am babysitting, I engage in the child's favorite activity. Spa day is my favorite! Babysitting tips: keep the child engaged and make them excited to see you again.

Splash Pad (4-6 months)
Ensure baby can lift their head up on their own before choosing this activity.
Lay baby tummy down on a mat. Find a shallow baking pan, and fill it with an inch or so of water.
Place various textured objects and toys inside the pan (e.g., measuring cups, spoons, funnels, etc.), and place the tray in front of them to explore.
