When you’re doing “everything right” and still struggle to get clients 🤯 ⁣

Raise your hand if you’ve been doing the work and you’re a freakin’ baddie when it comes to knowing that what you have people need.

Offline you have this knowing that you’re meant to do this work and you’ve never struggled to be obedient when God has told you that this is what you should be doing.

But online? A whole different story. ⁣

You’re already doing social media posts, blogging, podcasting, or worse you’re watching how all these other coaches are doing it, wondering which path is the right path.
⁣
You’re doing ALL of the things and it leaves you feeling burnt out, frustrated, and wondering if this is even possible 💔 ⁣

So what the heck is going on? ⁣

Let’s assume it’s not a mindset and not an action problem…

Because if you get followers and people opting in then that should translate to sales as well. ⁣

So what is it then?

It’s a Niche problem. ⁣

You’re saying and selling the wrong things with the wrong intention.
⁣
Look, the offer isn’t just there for making easy sales.
It doesn’t just happen because you say you have a business and people will flock to it - it also needs to speak to a very particular person to their absolute core and provide a very particular solution.
⁣
Your business isn’t just attracting the right kind of buyers and clients.

But the main goal is to know exactly who you are called to serve and sell a program that is meant just for them so you can start getting sales and having clients that are begging to work with you.
⁣
So next time you go to create content for your following, don’t just post for the sake of posting].

Actually know what their pain point is and who the higher version of them are and speak to that.

How to grow your business as a spirit-led coach that actually creates abundance and sales.

Another day another post on social media that gets crickets.
And watching other coaches that don’t have your fire and passion get clients.

Of course, because consistency is key when you want to be running your freedom-based business, am I right?!

You wreck your brain, come up with how you’re going to grow, and do it at the ideal time frame, schedule, and way everyone else is doing it
.. and get no further along than you are right now.

Still daydreaming about this dream business.
Not providing your following with what they need (Your offer).
Trying to grow and sell with no luck.

Your heart drops and sadness & overwhelm creep in.

You wonder: what the heck is going on?! You KNOW you can do this, you’re smart and capable, so why aren’t you getting clients?!

The problem is most likely in the steps or the structure of building (where to begin).

See, most new coaches only do what they see everyone else do.

But in the end that won’t get you to owning a business that provides you freedom and transforms the lives you touch because you are not of this world. You’re set apart to do this a different way.

So it doesn’t matter how many coaches your hire, sales systems you try, or small offers your join…
.. you’ve GOT to produce stellar content that is all about your audience, their problem, and their transformation.

Read this if you hate that you're on the fence about your coaching business and never know how to move forward. 🤦🏼‍♀️

All around you coaches are saying how important it is to narrow down your niche.

To do know your who what and why every single day because it’s the key to attracting clients and hitting that 6-figure goal.

And deep down you know they’re right, you know you have to make a decision on your offers and who you help, but you also really HATE the idea of settling on one thing or worse you feel now isn't the right time. 🤢

When you’re daydreaming about your business you can see it all laid out...

So why, oh WHY is it soooo darn hard to grow to get consistent income?

Here are the top 3 reasons to explain your struggle:

1️⃣ You have one foot in and one foot out. You're trying to build your business man's way and not God's way. Those teachings and strategies won't work for you. You're set apart and called to do this work in a different way

2️⃣ You aren't being consistent in "working" your business every day. Probably because you've been trained by a million coaches instead of setting up a system that allows you to work only a few hours a week.

3️⃣ You aren't sure how to figure out exactly what you're called to do or if anyone will even buy. I cover this extensively in my Ignite program.

There is a simple way to figure all of this out and all it takes is a little research on your end in the beginning and there's one platform that will give you the answer. I break it all down inside the program.

If you adopt the knowing that you are called to this work, start doing to work to set your business up for success in the long term, and actually get clarity around what you want to sell and start attracting the people that are waiting for what you have to offer you would get clients in no time.

What would you tell your younger self?

I started my business at age 28, and I have never looked back.

But if I could go back and tell that spring chicken ONE thing, it would be: Stop doubting yourself and just do it. Also pick only one social platform so you don’t wear yourself out.

If I knew that, I’d have spent far less time on the hamster wheel and started way sooner!

However, I’m thankful for my journey… it made me into the Coach I am today!

I should’ve seen this coming… Ever since I was young, I’ve been a a sales person, always focusing on how to get the words just right even if it meant standing in front of the bathroom mirror pitching a bottle of shampoo back to myself...no lie.

So it comes as no surprise that when I made the decision to start my own business, I chose a business that relied on me being in front of the camera to sell!

I’ve paved my own path, and I’m so glad I did. Comment below if you can relate!

Hi! I'm Heather Elise. I help people start their coaching/ consulting business.

I'm all about getting to connect with others and wanted to take the time to introduce myself to you all!

1️⃣ Heather Elise Coaching isn’t my first business. I ran an online interior design biz for 4 years prior. I then started coaching other interior designers how to do that too and my coaching business grew. I simply started with what I knew.

2️⃣ Majority if my income comes from organic marketing. I utilize the power of social media and draw in my ideal client.

3️⃣ In order to do #2 It took me awhile to figure out a system for organic and who my clients truly are and what they want. Now it’s on autopilot and it’s the system I teach my clients.

4️⃣ I added a social selling company to my biz for another stream of Income (most successful people have 7 streams) and to add interest to my business and feed. Makeup and business sets me apart from my competition.

5️⃣ My first launch was a flop. I made $0. Instead of giving up and throwing the course away I launched it again organically to my tiny list and made $3000 in a week. The only thing I did was change my wording to reach my following.

6️⃣ I look at showing up on camera sort of like acting. Nobody knows you messed up or feel like you don’t know what you’re doing except for you so just roll with it. There are days I don’t want to show up but I do it anyway on behalf of my dreams.

7️⃣ I batch create all my content. ALL of it. No use being overwhelmed bc you need to blog, podcast, Reel, Live, YouTube all in the same day.
