For the past two years, I have had the pleasure of helping Mrs. Cody Starnes and my daughter, Addie, lead an Autism Fitness Class at Motion Fitness Southpark. Along the way, I met some great people and had a chance to reunite with a former student I taught K-5. Cody is moving out west and we had our last class last night š. Thanks for the memories!

Lots of former Cotswold Cougars on this teamā¦
Congrats to my guys on another undefeated season. After winning the 16 U division last year as 15-year-olds, we stepped up in won the 18 U championship as 16-year-olds.
Wish I could take credit, but these guys play for each other and are as unselfish as they come. Enjoyed being part of the ride!

Had surgery today to repair a torn Quadricep tendon. I have a stay-at-home doctor by my side at all times. Doctor Oscar (aka Doggie Howser) is highly unqualified and I have no doubt he will cause further injury at some point but Iām glad to have is unwavering support. ā¤ļø

BCE is proud to continue our support of the American Heart Association and take part in the āKids Heart Challengeā (formerly known as Jump Rope for Heart). Beginning November 17, K-5 students will learn about the heart, healthy eating, and participate in heart-healthy activities in P.E. classes.
Over the past 25 years, BCE students/families have raised more than $100,000 for the American Heart Association. So far this year, our students have raised more than $2,000 for the AHA. This fundraiser will end on December 17 if you would like to help, ļæ¼you can register today or learn more at:

Note:
If you create an account for the Kids Heart Challenge, be sure to select "Cotswold" as your school. I do not see donations made to Billingsville and BCE is not an option. If you have registered under a name other than Cotswold, please message me and I will get it changed. Thanks!
