For their Precision in Practice course, our partners at Medtronic joined us here in Charlotte for hands-on time in the surgical ballroom.

This week, we were honored to welcome Charlotte City Council Member and our District 1 representative Danté Anderson Danté Anderson to IRCAD North America for a tour led by our executive director, Dr. Dionisios Vrochides.

Council Member Anderson and Dr. Vrochides discussed IRCAD NA’s role as a “supermagnet” for Charlotte, bringing healthcare professionals, industry leaders, and pioneering researchers from all over the world to the Queen City.

Excited to welcome back the Level 2 Mapping Workshop, held by our friends at Medtronic 🔹 This time, participants trained in our new Telepresence Auditorium.

Bringing their OPAL 103 course to IRCAD NA this spring, our partners at Boston Scientific educated learners on the mapping system, using simulations and lectures to illustrate mapping of conditions such as atrial arrhythmias and ventricular tachycardia.

It was fantastic to have our partners at Boston Scientific onsite at IRCAD North America earlier this year for their S-ICD Implant Course. This program offered a chance for physicians to deep dive on the implant through hands-on instruction, allowing them to reduce surgical complications and refine their practice.
