😅 It’s been a minute since I’ve been on a panel... and I forgot how much I enjoy it.

Huge thanks to for the invitation to be part of REFUEL. It was a joy sharing the stage with such thoughtful creatives and leaders who care deeply about the future of Charlotte. I walked away inspired by the conversation and the people.

A few thoughts I shared that have stayed with me:
✨ Crisis creates opportunity.
✨ Success stands on the shoulders of many failures.
✨ Allow yourself and your work to evolve.

Loved the collective energy in the room, as growth rarely happens in isolation. It happens when we’re willing to stay open, learn from one another, and embrace the relationships that shape us along the way.

A special shoutout to alumna for doing a great job moderating the conversation. Proud of you! 🧡

Every once in a while…just to see you smile! 😊

Hanging out with my lady ain’t as easy as it used to be before kids and all the things but I’m grateful for when we can put most of that on pause to see and be with one another more fully.

Thankful for friends and all the other couples navigating the same, doing their best to stay locked in. We got this!
