Hi everyone! For those of you who may not know, my name is Savannah Boles and I service the Concord NC and surrounding areas! I figured I’d make a new post to pin on my timeline of everything I offer since it’s been a while. 🙂

What I currently offer:
-Grooming / clipping / bathing
-Lessons on your own horse(s) at your place
-Barn / house / pet sitting
-Tack and horse consignments
-Finding the perfect horse for you
-Exercise rides / lunging / groundwork

-More woah than go
- Easy w/t/c in the arena and good on trails
- Absolutely no buck/rear/bolt
-Buckskin, bay, palomino, grulla, etc. Client does not want a red horse.
- Preferences to TWH, QH, Appaloosas, etc.

Located in NC, SC, VA, and any other surrounding state. We will be trying horses before purchasing as well as completing a PPE.

✨ Heads up for 2026!! ✨

🏡 Barn/House/Pet sitting:
As 2025 comes to a close I am starting to fill up my 2026 schedule with anyone who needs a barn sitter, house sitter, and/or pet sitter! My schedule is filling up FAST so now is the time to get me your dates!

🏇 Horseback riding lessons/leases:
I no longer offer lessons or leases on my own personal horses. I however DO still teach clients on their own horses! So, if you’re needing a riding instructor to come out and work with you and your horse I am here to help!

🐴 Working with client horses:
I have an opening or two to come out and work on things with clients horses. Whether it’s standing at the mounting block, ground manners, lunging, exercise riding, starting the steps that lead up to horses being ridden (lunging, flexing, being saddled, picking up all four feet, etc. I do NOT put first rides on or break horses. Just everything leading up to it.) or anything else you can think of!

~If there is anything else that might be needed from me that is not advertised above do not hesitate to reach out and we can talk about it!~

Hi everyone! I am opening up availability for house sitting, barn sitting, and small animal sitting! I can service the Harrisburg, Concord, Midland, and surrounding areas. I can travel back and forth to let your dogs out and feed them, feed morning and evening at your barn, or I can stay the night. If I stay the night I may have to be able to bring my small dog (he can stay in an area separate from your dogs, I have a crate for him).

I have many references for house sitting and barn sitting. I have experience in caring for animals from hedgehogs and ferrets, to cats and dogs, and horses, goats, and chickens! I know all of the signs for an animal that is feeling sick or uncomfortable and have experience in giving medications to all of the animals I have listed above (even the difficult ones).

If you are going on vacation and need someone trustworthy to care for your animals while you are gone let me know!! I book in advance to be sure I can help everyone I can!
