For some of us, tomorrow is the first day of the work year. I wanted to remind you that you are unbreakable and start your morning slow and steady. If you can plan jot down what you want this week to bring you, lay out your fit and go to bed at a decent time. My phone has alarms set to remind me to move on and not spend a tone of time in and on one thing. The alarms annoy me but allow me to manage my time effectively as I work on a solid sleep routine.
Many distractions of loss this year. I almost did not publish it, but I did. This is for all the women that I love. Those that I know and those that I do not. This has been a year but never did I think that I would lose my friend. My heart is forever broken. I am glad that I was able to thank you for your friendship, thank you for the laughs that we always had and thank you for your ability to love people past their short comings. If you know then you know...
My family is everything to me. Im so glad came to check on me. I am always asked why are you so kind. My answer is always "I want every encounter with me to be a reflection of God's love for me. Because I know what it is to love and be loved". My family loves me and I love them solid whole, and through all of what life has to bring...we got us. I love my entire family and we are many. We are the offsprings of 18 brothers and sisters they were the children of Matthew and Lillian Williams. I am so proud of who we are and whats next for our children. GOD IS AMAZING! ❤️

This literally took my breath away. It felt like a family member. Life is very short...forgive, love freely, but most importantly, live each day as if it may be your last. Embrace the life you have.

The biggest compliment that I receive constantly is how I am always in peace. I have things that take me off balance, but the knowledge that life will go on without me is where I focus. I do not want to waste one moment on the things that I can not change. I want to acknowledge how that thing will impact my life and adjust my approach accordingly so that life does not go on without me.
Try with all your might to participate in every moment of your life, even if you are doing nothing. Enjoy the nothingness of that moment. Find immense joy in the moments, good, bad, or indifferent. Get your lesson, but do not allow life to go on without you. This is one of the ultimate strategic life moves.
