Hi! I’m Melissa! I joined ClassDojo Clubs because I love all things Mojo and ClassDojo! I love seeing the “Ah-Ha” moments for children and seeing them learn and grow. I want to do more to help grow social-emotional skills and encourage listening and productive communication.

Outside of Clubs I am a 2nd grade teacher in North Carolina. I enjoy designing and making my own games, lessons, and activities for my students (and others) to enjoy. I am an avid reader- my Kindle is never far away from me! I also love music and singing.
When I’m not guiding Clubs I am spending time with my two dogs- Piper and Aisling. I enjoy reading, designing in Adobe Illustrator, playing Animal Crossing, and listening to music. You will usually see me with a cup of tea or coffee!

Fun Fact: Once when I was kayaking in Southern Florida a manatee kept bumping into my kayak! It almost made me fall out! It was such a fun experience!
