Kerri Carder has proudly owned the Twinkle Toes Nanny Agency South Charlotte location for the past 4 years and recently became the owner of the North Charlotte location as well. With this expansion, Twinkle Toes is now one Charlotte location, proudly serving families throughout Charlotte and the surrounding communities.
Originally born and raised in Florida, Kerri earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and her Master’s degree from the University of South Florida. Before becoming a business owner, she spent more than 15+ years practicing as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Kerri is also a mom to two elementary-aged boys. Her oldest son was born prematurely at just 27 weeks and has needed therapy services throughout his childhood. As a therapist herself, Kerri understands firsthand how challenging it can be to balance therapy appointments, school schedules, work, and family life. Finding reliable, trustworthy childcare became especially important for her family.
That personal experience ultimately inspired the beginning of Twinkle Toes Charlotte. Kerri’s cousin in Florida founded Twinkle Toes Nanny Agency and introduced her to the franchise opportunity. Seeing how much quality childcare could make a difference in a family’s life, Kerri knew it was something she wanted to bring to Charlotte.
Kerri has called Charlotte home for more than 15 years and absolutely loves this community. She is passionate about helping Charlotte-area families find dependable, loving childcare and connecting them with the right nanny for their unique needs.
As Twinkle Toes continues to grow throughout the Charlotte area, Kerri looks forward to continuing to support local families and being a trusted resource for childcare in the community.
