This says it all!! Finally someone points it out!! And how ironic Meta blocks Kanye for harassing Treavor once, but allows Kanye to do this same thing for months because it’s obviously “just a domestic issue.”

NEWS FLASH! Your divorce attorney isn’t your savior, and he/she isn’t your therapist. AWESOME GOD STORY: one of my babies was having trouble at school. Yesterday morning, before picking up the other kids, I stopped the truck, held his hand, and prayed out loud that God heal the damaged friendships and help them all make amends. By 2:00 I got an email from the school counselor that all the boys met and apologized for their actions, and my son was invited over to one of the friend’s house for a play date.

It’s hard to see my babies hurt, and although we practice prayer and Christianity, it’s hard to have tangible things to show my kids proof of God’s love and actions. It was truly astounding and heartwarming to experience such a quick turn around from a prayer request, and so exciting my baby got to see it first hand!!! God is good!!

Over the past year I have dedicated myself to stop planning and over planning my life, to stop feeding into other people’s opinions, to stop letting insecurities, fears, and appearances guide my life. All the things in my life need God’s guidance. I finally decided to practice the “let go and let God” mentality. I can’t even begin to explain the peace and happiness I have right now.

I’m not usually a “share my testimony” on social media type of person, or a user of Christian “clichés”, but this touched me so deeply, and to see its immediate effects on my boys, I just couldn’t not share.

I know we all are struggling with divorce and the insecurities that go along with it. I hope and pray this testimony helps you in some way today!!

I can’t lie, this is a daily struggle for me. To the outside world I look poised. I’m successful. I bought my house on my own while struggling through a high conflict divorce. I have two amazing kids who are smart and athletic. Thanks to good genetics, I’m not ugly. I can make people laugh. I know how to hold a conversation. I seem to have held it together as my whole world falls apart. My therapist and friends all praise me for the strength I have, but I always struggle to see it. My mind is constantly in panic mode, running worst case scenarios, because for much of my adult life that was my only way to survive.

I have learned a lot over the years, most importantly, I learned forgiveness and compassion, for others, but even more so, for myself.

How could your day improve if you just showed yourself some compassion and exercised confidence. It only takes a few seconds to remind yourself “I am good enough.”
