Not all progress announces itself.
Sometimes growth is happening quietly. Your mindset is shifting. Your confidence is strengthening. You are gaining clarity, setting healthier boundaries, and becoming more intentional about your next move.
But there is an important distinction between allowing progress to develop and using “invisible progress” as permission to remain comfortable.
Ask yourself:
Am I preparing for my next step, or postponing it?
Am I giving the process time, or avoiding the necessary decision?
Am I becoming more capable, or simply waiting to feel completely ready?
Patience has purpose, but progress also requires participation. At some point, the inner work must become a conversation, a decision, a boundary, or a bold step forward.
How do you know when you are patiently allowing progress to develop versus avoiding necessary action?
