Time CFIT Performance is an athletic training program that focuses on two types of training.

Basketball development training and fitness training for adults. Whether you have a child looking to play at the next level, you are a collegiate and/or professional basketball player, OR you are looking for individual fitness training, CFIT Performance can help you achieve your goals. We aim to advance each individual to their highest ability with specifically focusing on "your" personal growth. We look forward to helping you on your athletic performance journey!

Boxing is one of the best full body workouts you can get. Getting the heart rate up while building core, and upper body strength. Not to mention it’s great therapy!!
