Hello everyone and Happy New Year. I am so blessed and amazed how Milk Cafe has grown within a short time frame. Lactation education and Women Health are two beautiful journeys. I decided to dedicate and build a career to gain and teach others about it. With that being said, I’ve decided to continue my education as a nurse and towards midwifery.

After a women gives birth it is important to be there!! The fourth trimester can be an adjustment of challenges. SELF CAFE is needed. And sometimes a conversation and some goodies will help.
-Milk Cafe, as your birth doula I offer postpartum check-in with a gift basket. This visit includes any concerns or questions about breastfeeding/ healing/ mom blues/ scheduling and more. If I can’t help, I will connect you to the proper resources. Moms, are never alone.
